The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to own cross-functional projects across product, marketing, and internal operations.
This role is ideal for someone with agency or SaaS experience who knows their way around GA4 and web development, and wants to shape a product that gives thousands of marketers visibility into what drives their sales.
What You’ll Do
- New product features – Help scope, write specs, and coordinate new features for GA Connector (e.g. new CRM integrations and marketing reports). Suggest improvements, gather requirements, and ensure smooth delivery with developers.
- Website & funnels – Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing consultants to improve our website and funnels, with a focus on conversion and tracking accuracy.
- Tool implementation – Roll out new software tools (analytics, marketing automation, internal ops) that make the team faster and more effective.
- Analytics projects – Coordinate with analytics specialists to ensure our GA4, GTM, and product analytics setups are accurate, scalable, and aligned with key business metrics.
- Marketing enablement – Support the marketing team by driving the delivery of projects such as product walkthroughs, CRM marketplace campaigns, and CRO improvements.
- Freelancer & partner management – Recruit, onboard, and manage external specialists (designers, developers, analytics consultants) to deliver projects.
- Cross-functional initiatives – Take ownership of projects beyond marketing/product when needed (e.g. legal or operational improvements).
Who You Are
Requirements:
- Project management experience in a marketing agency, SaaS, or similar digital environment.
- Solid understanding of GA4, CRMs, marketing funnels, and digital tracking (tag managers, ad pixels, etc.).
- Familiarity with web technologies and the ability to comfortably collaborate with developers on technical aspects.
- Excellent English (at least C1) and communication skills.
